Real Time PCR We have four cyclers available for use in Quantitative PCR or Real-Time PCR. ABI 7300 Real-Time PCR System is used in the full-service qPCR. One instrument is installed in Life Sciences South and another is in the Keating building. Schedule this instrument (LSS). (Keating). iCycler iQ Real-Time PCR Detection System is provided by BIO-RAD and is available to our user without cost. Training on the use of the instrument is also provided by BIO-RAD.  This instrument is located in the LSS building.  Schedule this instrument. ABI 7900 Real-Time PCR System is located in the Keating building, this instrument uses 384-well plates and is available for larger scale experiments. Schedule this instrument.
