Expected Results

Quantified and Normalized PCR Product suitable for DNA sequencing*PCR products are normalized to 10ng/uL and plasmids are normalized to 50ng/uL in MilliQ H2O unless requested otherwise.Click on the 'Details' tab above for rate information and how to submit samples.

Workflow

 

How to Get Started with your Sample Submission: 
  • Login to Sample Lifecycle Manager (SLM) and select 'Quant and Norm PCR Products' as your workflow.
  • This is not for samples that will also be sequenced, for that quant and norm with sequencing select 'High Volume Sequencing' as your workflow. 
  • Upload your sample information by set sample or paste sample map. This service is offered for 96 well plates only.
  • Click submit grid.
  • Record and attach the 4 letter code at the end of your SLM submission to your samples and send or deliver to UAGC. 
 
In the messages tab enter any post-quantification details (i.e. "Please return plate dried down" or "Please normalize to volume XXµL with Milli Q H20").
